We were relocating from NJ to AR and let’s just say we were beyond nervous. But Michele and Mark were great from the beginning, they were attentive but overall very understanding of our wants and our concerns. They went out their way to see multiple homes and FaceTimed us due to us being back in NJ and they did this multiple times with no pushback whatsoever.
